Chatham-Kent police have made an arrest after there was a heavy police presence in Blenheim this morning, Chatham-Kent's mayor has sent a letter to the province outlining some concerns about plans for the expansion of a dump site just north of Dresden, and a 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man is facing a mischief charge after he took over control of some traffic lights in Wallaceburg.
