A young Chatham man who fatally stabbed a 17-year-old boy in Chatham a year-and-a-half ago has been sentenced to two years probation, the damage is estimated at $500,000 after a barn fire near Cedar Springs earlier this week, and the federal government says more people will get the rural carbon price rebate.
