Some CK residents got a bit of an eyeful last night as police were called to deal with a naked man. A 64-year-old man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Kingsville. A number of weapons have recently been seized at border crossings in Southern Ontario. Five people have been arrested in connection to the death of actor Matthew Perry. The provincial government says childcare fees are about to get a little more affordable. The Shifting Gears Tractor Parade is scheduled for this Saturday with the hopes of raising $50K for Three Oaks Cabin.

Chatham-Kent police say foul play is not suspected after they found an unresponsive man in a swimming pool in Dresden over the weekend. CK police are asking for help in tracking down some suspects after a wallet was stolen from a vehicle and the cards inside were used around Chatham. There were 29 suspected drug-related deaths reported in CK between January and the end of July. Homeless encampments will be a hot topic at the upcoming Association of Municipalities of Ontario conference. The World Health Organization has declared the Mpox outbreaks in Africa a global health emergency. The Farmer's Almanac is out with its winter forecast and it's calling for above-normal precipitation and below-normal temperatures.
