After spending the last couple of months in the incubator, Chatham-Kent council has finally hatched a plan to allow backyard chickens, a 23-year-old Windsor man has been arrested in connection with a grandparent scam investigation in Chatham-Kent that goes back to June of last year, and Chatham-Kent's generosity was on full display with a small mountain of boxes filled with non-perishable food donations piled up in the front foyer of UCC this morning.
