Chatham-Kent firefighters got some help from a Windsor Hazmat team after some digging at a Tilbury residence uncovered an oil-type substance underground, a 73-year-old Tilbury man is facing two counts of assault after a family argument turned violent, and a 34-year-old Windsor man is facing charges after he was found hiding in the attic of a home he had been ordered to stay away from.
