Chatham-Kent police have made an arrest after someone stole a Chatham woman's debit card while she was in the hospital, law enforcement agencies across Ontario are receiving funding from the province to help keep the worst offenders in jail, and a mother-son duo who both race at a BMX track in Chatham have both qualified to represent Canada in the upcoming World Championships.
