Municipal flags in Chatham-Kent are flying at half-mast today to recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, two First Nations groups in Ontario are suing the federal government over what they're calling a "discriminatory" underfunding of fire protection on First Nation Reserves, and a 34-year-old man spent the night in Chatham-Kent police custody after he allegedly broke into his mother's residence on Sunday.
