The union that represents Catholic teachers is asking for outside help as negotiations continue with the province, teachers represented by the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario will start voting on their tentative agreement on December 11, and a 22-year-old from London is charged with impaired driving after a vehicle ended up in the centre median of the Highway 401 in Chatham-Kent overnight.
