Wednesday the municipal budget was the hot topic in Chatham-Kent, Thursday it's ward boundaries. Some local volunteers want to make the holiday season a little jollier for CK's seniors. Chatham-Kent's second annual Black Excellence Awards and Gala will be bigger and better than last year's.
